Sucralose

Sucralose (CAS: 56038-13-2) is a low-calorie artificial sweetener made from sugar.
Sucralose is the newest non-nutritive sweetener on the market. It is about 400 times as sweet as sucrose (Table Sugar).
It can be used in baking or products that require a longer shelf life. Sucralose-based products stems from its favorable comparison to other low-calorie sweeteners in terms of taste and stability.
