Nutra Food Ingredients LLC is committed to sourcing, handling, blending, packaging, storing, and distributing safe, legal, and high-quality food ingredients that consistently meet customer, statutory, regulatory, and agreed requirements. Our business supports nutraceutical and food ingredient powders for food and dietary supplement applications.

Senior Management and employees are committed to maintaining and continually improving an effective Food Safety and Quality Management System (FSQMS) in accordance with ISO 22000 and applicable FSSC 22000 requirements, to protect product safety, quality, legality, and customer confidence.

We commit to:

  • Maintaining food safety and quality at all stages of receiving, blending, packaging, storage, and distribution
  • Complying with applicable legal, regulatory (e.g. FSMA, DSHEA, CFR21), customer and certification requirements
  • Operating in a safe and hygienic manner through prerequisite programs, GMPs, HACCP based controls, and regulatory compliance
  • Applying risk-based thinking to identify, evaluate, and control food safety and quality risks
  • Establishing and reviewing food safety and quality objectives to drive continual improvement
  • Providing appropriate resources, training, and support so employees understand their responsibilities
  • Promoting a strong culture of food safety and quality with shared accountability
  • Maintaining effective internal and external communication on food safety, quality, legality, and product requirements
  • Evaluating FSQMS effectiveness through monitoring, audits, corrective actions, and management review

This policy is communicated throughout the organization, made available to relevant interested parties as appropriate, and reviewed periodically to ensure continued alignment with the purpose and direction of Nutra Food Ingredients LLC.
