Soy Lecithin
Soy Lecithin is a natural emulsifier derived from soy beans. It is commonly used in food and beverage industries such as baked goods, Chocolate, Margarine, salad dressings, and other food product where is mooth texture or improved stability is desired. It is a mixture of phospholipids.
Other than emulsification, stabilizer and thickener properties, soy lecithin is a good source of choline, an essential nutrient that plays a role in brain function, liver health, and cell structure.
Our Soy Lecithin is produced from NON GMO Certified soy bean maerial. Provide both Liquid and Powder as well as hydrolyzed Soy lecithin for better absorption and solubility
